The prestigious Astoria is located in the heart of the Humbodlt Valley in downtown Victoria. Just footsteps away from the Inner Harbour, Legislature, Fairmont Empress, Harbour Air, Seattle Clipper, and Port Angelas Coho.
In 2006 Vancouver based Concert Properties built the 20-storey high-rise which is composed of 164 residential units and ground level retail. It was Concert's first foray in Victorias' residential market, which was successful and proved to be the launch pad for more projects. The adjacent building, The Belvedere, was completed shortly thereafter. Concert continued on to develop other great buildings including the Chelsea (a 6-storey concrete luxury building on quiet street), 365 Waterfront, Era (728 Yates), and Capital Park Residences (behind the legislature).
