Era

Located in the heart of downtown Victoria, Era is 16-storey development within walking distance of Victoria's Inner Harbour. It incorporates 157 homes along with retail at street level and the revitalization of Millie's Lane.

Era was completed in 2015 by Concert Properties of Vancouver, making it the companies 5th project in the city. Concert's track record of residential buildings in the city include the Astoria, Belvedere, Chelsea, 365 Waterfront, and Capital Park Residences.

Studios are about 475 square feet, one-bedrooms are a little larger and two bedrooms range from about 750 to just over 900 square feet. All the two-bedroom units and some of the larger one-bedrooms will come with underground parking. Studios and smaller one-bedrooms don’t include parking.
