The Lookout — Langford Luxury New Condo Development

The Lookout is a 144-unit, two-building condominium and townhome development perched above Florence Lake on the southern slope of Skirt Mountain in Langford's Bear Mountain neighbourhood. Developed by Calgary-based Aquila Pacific and designed by award-winning Davignon Martin Architecture, the project comprises two six-storey mid-rises delivering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos — including den options — alongside two-storey townhomes. Move-ins began in early 2026, with phase two homes continuing to release.
